I could see how it could be confused for one. Its amazing to me to realize these scenes exist, that is amazing that you found this, you captured it very well. The composition is great everything seems to balance each other out. The lines of the puddle, and of the clouds seem to bring the focal point to the center of the horizon. I love the pocket of blue sky to the right complementing the orange glaze to the left. The rocks seem to oppose the heavens in texture yet intertwine as far as overall color and nature of the two things. Awesome, Beautiful, I could go on and on.
I'm so overwhelmed by your comments Adam, thank you for taking the time to elaborate..! Indeed it felt like I was at the right place at the right time. It was taken just before sunset in winter, the weather was still kind of messy so I was lucky to find that little puddle, which was great for a small reflection. It so easy for such lovely sceneries to pass us by. All we need to do is turn around and take a couple of seconds to appreciate the beauty around us. Again thanks a lot for your wonderful comments, I really do appreciate it!
You're too kind Adam, thank you. It was taken in Limassol, Cyprus. That specific place appeared to be completely different in winter. Quite frankly the entire coastline seems deserted as opposed to how filled with life it is in the summer. I guess it must be the same in every island..
